Depending on the project brief and specific site criteria this service may range from assessing the existing site and considering it vis-à-vis planning requirements to preparing simple sketch options which are likely to mean block plans, elevations and or sections to give an idea of the size of the buildings the site is likely to support together with car parking and addressing typical site layout requirements.
With Concept drawing +/or Strategy as appropriate, to be agreed in advance, to see what is likely to be feasible on the site in broad terms subject to budget and planning permission.
The extent of service and therefore fees will vary depending on the level of research required, project type and complexity, etc.
